Prices are clearly displayed on the website or communicated directly. Learn English with Samantha reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect confirmed bookings already paid for.

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

Lessons may be rescheduled where possible if sufficient notice is given.

In cases of illness or serious unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be postponed upon presentation of appropriate justification (such as a medical certificate where relevant).

Missed sessions without prior notice may be considered completed and non-refundable.

Learn English with Samantha is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues beyond reasonable control.
