退款政策

1. Booking Confirmation

 

All lessons, courses, workshops and group sessions must be paid for in advance. A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received. By completing a booking, the learner agrees to the terms set out in this policy.

 

2. Rescheduling of Individual Lessons

 

Individual lessons may be rescheduled if a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled start time. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the lesson being forfeited and charged in full.

 

3. Illness and Exceptional Circumstances

 

In cases of genuine illness or emergency, lessons may be postponed to a mutually agreed later date. Learners may be asked to provide reasonable evidence, such as a medical certificate or confirmation of hospitalisation. Each situation will be considered individually and with fairness.

4. Non-Attendance (No-Show Policy)

 

Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

5. Courses, Packages and Group Sessions

 

Courses, lesson packages, workshops and group sessions are non-refundable once the programme has commenced or learning materials and access have been provided. This is due to limited availability of places and preparation time allocated in advance.

Unused lessons within a package must be taken within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Expired lessons are not refundable.

6. Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Duplicate payments

• Technical booking errors

• Situations where Learn English with Samantha is unable to deliver the agreed service

Refund requests must be made in writing within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Cancellation by Learn English with Samantha

If a lesson or session must be cancelled by Learn English with Samantha, an alternative time will be offered. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund or credit will be provided.

8. Policy Acceptance

 

By booking any service, learners confirm that they have read, understood and accepted this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
